Terms of Use
Last updated October 11, 2026
These are the ground rules for using Miti. They’re short on purpose. By making an account or using the app, you agree to them.
What Miti is
Miti, short for “Made in the Image,” is a daily tool for men: the Bible, a private journal, habits and health tracking. It’s free to use.
Your account
- Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account per person.
- You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13.
What you add is yours
Your journal entries, notes, photos and numbers belong to you. You give Miti permission to store them and show them back to you, which is what the app is for. That’s the only permission we need. Read the Privacy Policy to see how they’re kept.
Using Miti well
- Don’t try to break into Miti, other people’s accounts or our systems.
- Don’t upload anything illegal, or anything that belongs to someone else without their permission.
- Don’t use Miti to harm, harass or deceive anyone.
If someone breaks these rules, we may close their account.
What Miti is not
- Not medical advice. Calorie targets, macros, one-rep max and the other calculators are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Talk to a doctor before you change how you eat or train, especially if you have a health condition.
- Not pastoral care or counseling. Miti can’t take the place of a pastor, a priest, a counselor or your brothers. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988, or call 911, in the United States.
- Not a stand-in for an AI’s judgment. If you take a reflection to another company’s AI, what it says is its own.
Content from others
Scripture is the World English Bible, which is in the public domain. Prayers are labeled with who wrote them. Food data for barcode lookups comes from Open Food Facts and is shared under its own open license.
Keeping Miti running
We work to keep Miti available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will never be down or have errors. Miti is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it or not being able to. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can’t be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using Miti at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We can close an account that breaks these terms. If we ever shut Miti down, we’ll give notice first so you can take your things with you.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. Using Miti after that means you accept the new terms.
